You Already Know How to Lose Weight
You Are Brilliant at It.
So Why Have You Had to Keep On Doing It?
You have spent years losing weight, regaining some or all of it, over and over and over again.
The problem may not be that you haven’t found the right diet.
Clearly.
It’s because no one has asked you the right questions to help you change what makes weight loss so difficult to sustain.
The Stillpoint Companion is deeply personal to me because I’ve lived this cycle myself, for 61 years, in fact.
I created it for women like you, who are ready to stop making weight loss an ongoing project, a lifestyle, and begin changing your own beliefs, the conditioning, automatic patterns, and habits that have kept you in this diet cycle for years.
There's a quiet moment when everything shifts,
when you discover that what you’ve carried isn’t who you are,
but what you’ve learned.
And in that moment, you are changed…
gently, powerfully, and for good.
The Heart of Stillpoint
Stillpoint Integrations was built around one very important question:
Most of us have been taught exactly what to eat, what not to eat, when to start over on a Monday, on a Tuesday, what number on the scale makes us a good and worthy human, and how to make our body an ongoing improvement project that never ends.
What we were never asked is what all of that taught us about ourselves and our bodies.
When did your body become something you were driven to fix?
When did food become something you had to fear, control, earn the right to eat, or make up for?
When did “winning” at losing weight become proof that you were doing life “right”?
This is where Stillpoint begins.
We look beneath the dieting chaos itself, to the beliefs we adopted from some magazine we read, the conditioning we absorbed from social media, the inherited habits that prioritized tradition over health (think: Sunday dinner at Grandma’s, every Sunday), and the cultural messages and patterns that can keep the diet cycle running endlessly, even when you know exactly what you “should” be doing.
You feel trapped on a hamster wheel.
The Stillpoint Companion is where we do that work together.
What if the problem was never that we didn’t know how to lose weight?
This Work Is for You If...
This work is for you if you have lost the weight before.
This work isn’t for you if you’ve kept it off.
Period.
Maybe you’ve lost 10 pounds. Maybe 100.
Somewhere along the way, you became very, very good at knowing exactly what you were supposed to do, and still found yourself not doing it.
You’re surprised.
Then again... not really.
You’ve been here before.
You’ve started more new diets on Monday than you can possibly keep count of.
Monday always seems like the right day to start over with something you will likely fail at, no one ever said, but at least you’ll have plenty of time to fix things by Friday.
You know exactly what you’re “allowed” to eat when you’re being good.
And you know that chips and dip at 8:00 p.m. will derail the whole thing because the sweets come next.
You can step on the scale in the morning, see a number you weren’t expecting, and have it change the way you feel about yourself before you’ve even brushed your teeth.
You celebrated losing weight as though you’d won an Olympic gold medal, and you should!
Then some of it comes back, and your own mother mentions it at that Sunday dinner we talked about earlier, as though regaining the weight had somehow been a master part of your weight-loss plan.
Suddenly, you don’t feel like the gold-medal winner anymore.
You feel like the weak contender.
The woman destined to come in fourth place.
You have a closet that contains more than one size because experience has taught you not to get rid of anything just yet.
Especially the things with stretchy waistbands.
You may be using a weight-loss peptide now.
You may be losing weight another way.
Or you may simply be exhausted by the idea of beginning one more time.
And underneath all of it is a question you may never have thought to ask yourself:
Why, after everything I know about losing weight, I could literally write a book about it, am I still having to work this hard at keeping it off?
If you recognize yourself here, this is the work we do together at Stillpoint.
How We Work Together
The Stillpoint Companion isn’t another weight-loss plan.
I’m not going to tell you what to eat.
Instead, over our time together, we begin looking at why knowing what to do has never been the whole answer.
You and I?
We Get Curious.
We start asking different questions.
Not:
“Why can’t I just stick to this?”
But:
What lies have I learned to believe about my body, food, weight, and myself that keep repeating in my head, no matter how much I know?
We Go Deeper.
Your Stillpoint Companion experience includes three private 1:1 Rapid Transformational Therapy® sessions.
RTT is not the program.
It is one of the ways we uncover the hidden beliefs and patterns that have been quietly undermining your conscious choices for years.
Each private RTT session is followed by your own bespoke Transformation Audio and three individual follow-up conversations over the next 21 days.
We don’t simply have a powerful conversation and send you on your way.
We stay with the work.
We Talk About the Things No Diet Ever Did or Ever Asked.
Throughout The Stillpoint Companion experience, we also have Companion Conversations about the things that have shaped your relationship with weight in the first place: diet culture, body ideals, family messages, food rules, habits, social conditioning, and what happens when your body becomes something you believe you have to manage for the rest of your life.
Some conversations we have together as women, kindly willing to share our challenges and ask questions.
Others may speak specifically to whether you are losing weight without medical intervention or with the support of a GLP-1 or other weight-loss peptide medication.
Either way, the deeper question remains the same:
How do we help you stop making dieting your lifestyle?
You don’t simply lose access to everything we’ve built.
On the final day of The Stillpoint Companion, you receive a collection of restorative audio experiences created for you to return to on your own whenever you feel you need them.
Because the point of this work was never to make you dependent on me.
It was to help you become a different kind of companion… to yourself.
One who feels loved and respected, is confident in herself in every situation, and knows she’s worthy of taking up space in this world in any way that pleases her.
And When Our Work Together Ends...
Meet Your Stillpoint Companion
There aren’t six different packages to choose from for a reason: you don’t need them.
There isn’t a smaller version of the work. This experience is intentionally designed to uncover and address the personal issues that have been keeping your diet cycle alive, without requiring years to get there.
And there isn’t a single RTT session you can book just to “give it a try.” This isn’t traditional therapy or a self-help group that you can pop in and out of.
We’re here to completely change your relationship with dieting in a way that can change far more than what happens on the scale.
We’re here because dieting has taken up enough of your life already.
It isn’t daunting work. It’s deep, respectful work that comes from a place of understanding and compassion.
The Stillpoint Companion is how I work with women who are ready to stop living inside the diet cycle.
Over our time together, your Stillpoint Companion includes:
Three Private
1:1 RTT® Sessions
✢✢✢
Each session is personal to you, your history, your beliefs, and what we uncover together.
After each RTT session, you receive your own bespoke Transformation Audio to listen to for the following 21 days.
Three Private Follow-Up Conversations After Each RTT Session
✢✢✢
We reconnect once a week during those 21 days.
Not because I expect something to go wrong.
Because change deserves our attention while it is happening.
We talk about what you’re noticing, what feels different, what surprised you, and anything that deserves a closer look.
Companion Conversations
✢✢✢
These are our group conversations about the things diets never taught us to question.
Body ideals. Diet culture. Family traditions. Food rules. Social conditioning. The things we inherited. The things we absorbed. And the things we eventually started believing were simply “the way we are.”
Some topical conversations are shared by everyone.
Others speak more specifically to the experience of losing weight with the support of a GLP-1 or weight-loss peptide medication, or without medical intervention.
Your Restorative Audio Collection
✢✢✢
On the final day of The Stillpoint Companion, you receive a series of four restorative audio experiences created for you to use independently whenever you want or need additional support.
Your collection of audios is specific to the weight-loss path you’re on—or the one you’re just beginning.
They aren’t homework.
They aren’t another thing you have to do correctly.
They are genuinely yours, to guide you back into a calmer place of confidence and clarity whenever you need it.
They’re there when you need a companion.
Meet Linda Giangreco
Architect of the stillpoint companion
I didn’t come to this work because weight loss fascinated me.
I came to it because I spent 61 years living inside the diet cycle myself.
I know what it is to know exactly what you’re supposed to do.
To lose the weight.
To feel triumphant.
To believe, This time I’ve finally got it.
And to discover that knowing how to lose weight and knowing how to live after weight loss are two very different things.
For most of my life, I was immersed in the same culture you were: the diets, the rules, the weighing, the starting over, the body judgments, the food negotiations, and the endless suggestion that if I could just get this one thing right, I would finally be done with it.
I became fascinated by a different question:
Why weren’t we ever taught how to be done?
That question eventually became part of the foundation of Stillpoint Integrations and the reason I created The Stillpoint Companion.
My professional work combines hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy®, deep inquiry, education, and practical integration with something no certification could ever give me:
61 years of boots-on-the-ground experience living in the very culture I now help women question and dismantle.
I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist and RTT® practitioner, but those credentials are not where our conversation begins.
You are.
I created The Stillpoint Companion for women who don’t need another person telling them how to lose weight.
Gawd no. Please stop.
We’ve had quite enough people telling us how to do that.
What we need are better questions about why we’ve had to spend so much of our lives doing it.
I support women in reaching the place no diet ever taught us how to reach: done—with dieting no longer in charge of our lives.
A Few Words From
Women Who Know Me and My Work
Linda,
I don't know if you fully realize the impact you've had on my life, but your presence has been nothing short of transformative.
Through your kindness, your intuition, and the way you truly listen, you have a way of making people feel both seen and safe.
Our conversations have filled me in moments when I felt unsure, reminding me of my own strength, which such grace and gentleness. You don't just offer words, you offer your energy, reassurance, and a quiet knowing that settles the soul.
You've become an incredible example of what it looks like to move through the world with elegance, wisdom, and heart. There's something deeply grounding about the way you hold space, while still embodying, beauty, confidence, and joy.
In many ways, you've stepped into my life as a glamorous, maternal figure, someone who leads not through force, but through presence, intuition and love. Watching you has taught me that softness and Power can coexist, and that true leadership is felt, not announced.
I'm so grateful for you, for the warmth you bring into every room, and for the way you inspire simply by being who you are. Your influence has touched me more deeply than I can express, and I carry your example with me as a reminder that kindness, intuition, and grace are some of the most powerful forces we have.
Thank you for being you and for showing me what is possible.
~ Meli H., 20+yr LMT

A Few Things
You May Be Wondering
-
No.
I’m not giving you another diet, meal plan, food list, set of points, macros, rules, or anything else to become exceptionally good at following until you eventually become exhausted by it.
You already know how to lose weight.
The Stillpoint Companion focuses on something very different: the beliefs, conditioning, habits, and deeply familiar patterns that may have made keeping the weight off so much harder than losing it in the first place.
-
You may already be losing weight when you join us.
You may be beginning again.
Or you may simply know that you are finished repeating the same diet cycle and want to approach what comes next differently.
The number on the scale is not where our work begins.
You are.
-
You belong here too.
The Stillpoint Companion was intentionally created to support women who are losing weight with medical assistance and women who are not.
Some of our Companion Conversations are shared because so much of what women have learned about bodies, food, worth, and dieting is universal.
Other conversations and your restorative audio collection are specific to the weight-loss path you’re on.
The Stillpoint Companion does not replace your medical care or advise you to begin, stop, or change medication. Those decisions remain between you and your prescribing medical professional.
-
RTT is not The Stillpoint Companion.
It is one of the tools we use inside it.
Your Companion experience includes three private 1:1 Rapid Transformational Therapy® sessions with me.
These sessions give us an opportunity to look beneath what you consciously know and explore the beliefs, associations, and patterns that may still be influencing the choices you make today.
After each RTT session, you receive your own bespoke Transformation Audio, and we continue our work together through three private follow-up conversations over the following 21 days.
We don’t uncover something important and then leave you alone with it.
-
Yes.
Hypnosis is not sleep, unconsciousness, or someone else taking control of your mind.
During our RTT work, you remain aware, able to speak with me, and able to stop at any time.
You are reviewing your experiences, not reliving them.
You are participating in the process with me, not surrendering yourself to it.
-
No.
Our Companion Conversations are educational and exploratory conversations about the things that have influenced our relationships with dieting, food, weight, and our bodies.
We talk about diet culture, family traditions, body ideals, inherited beliefs, social conditioning, food rules, habits, and plenty of things most of us never thought to question because they had been around us for so long.
Your private therapeutic work remains absolutely private.
-
Then you may be exactly the woman I created this for.
The Stillpoint Companion isn’t built around your ability to lose weight.
You’ve already demonstrated that ability. Probably more than once.
Our work is about beginning to understand why losing the weight has never automatically meant you were finally free from dieting.
Those are two very different things.
-
On our final day together, you receive your collection of four restorative audio experiences to use independently whenever you feel you need them.
They aren’t assignments.
There is no listening streak to maintain.
There is nothing to earn and nothing to get “right.”
They are simply yours, to help guide you back toward confidence, clarity, and a steadier relationship with yourself whenever life gets noisy again.
They’re there when you need a companion.
-
We talk.
Not a sales ambush.
Not a pressure-filled enrollment call.
A Right Fit Conversation.
You can tell me where you are, what you’ve lived through with dieting and weight loss, and what you’re hoping will finally be different.
I’ll tell you candidly whether I believe The Stillpoint Companion is an appropriate fit for you.
And if it isn’t, I’ll tell you that too.
Before You Start Your Next Diet,
Maybe It’s Time to Ask a Different Question.
You already know how to lose weight.
That’s a given.
You are brilliant at it.
The question now isn’t whether you can do it again.
It’s whether you’re ready to understand why you’ve had to keep doing it.
If something about The Stillpoint Companion feels familiar, if something you’ve read here has gone clunk because you recognize your own life in these words, then let’s have a conversation.
Remember, I’ve been here too. I’ve walked in your shoes.
Not an intake.
Not a sales pitch.
Just you and me talking honestly about where you are, what you want to change, and whether this work feels right for both of us.
A Right Fit Conversation.
And if we decide together that The Stillpoint Companion isn’t right for you, that’s perfectly okay too.
Sometimes the right conversation is where something different begins.
